The traffic Clickio wants depends on where your visitors are. Sites with readers in the UK, France, the US, Canada, or Australia have the lowest bar, and other regions need more. A smaller site can still qualify if it earns enough from ads.

Your content must be yours or licensed, and it must follow AdSense policies. Adult, shocking, and racially intolerant content isn't allowed. Clickio also lists sanctioned countries it can't work with, including Cuba, Iran, Syria, Russia, and Sudan.

You'll add Clickio's ads.txt lines and use an IAB-approved consent tool. Clickio checks your traffic through GA4 or another independent source. If it can't, it asks for a six-month traffic report instead.

How does Clickio pay?

Clickio bills monthly and pays around the 25th to 30th of the month payment is due. The help page gives one timing for everyone. The publisher agreement also offers a faster option, but only for demand partners that pay that fast. The minimum depends on how you're paid, and some methods can pay in your local currency.

There's no fixed share. Your commission depends on the rates and events each advertiser picks.

Rules

What rules does Clickio set?

Clickio's entry rules don't say it must be your only ad partner, and they don't set a notice period. Clickio Prism, its CDN product, has separate rules.

Service

What does Clickio do for you?

The fully managed service gives you real-time reports, an account manager, and technical and ad operations support. Unified Reports puts your Clickio, AdSense, Ad Manager, and Google Analytics numbers in one place, and you can export them.

Is Clickio a fit for a site outside the US?

It can be. Clickio sets its traffic bar by visitor region, with rules for readers across Europe, Latin America, and elsewhere. The bar is lowest for the UK, France, the US, Canada, and Australia. Sites in sanctioned countries can't join.

What if your traffic is below Clickio's bar?

Clickio may still take your site if it earns enough from ads. Revenue counts as well as pageviews, so mention your earnings when you apply. Keep in mind the earnings rule can also apply after you join, not only at the start.

What should you have ready before you apply?

  1. GA4 access, or a six-month traffic report if Clickio can't verify your traffic another way.
  2. An ads.txt file you can edit.
  3. An IAB-approved consent tool on your site.
  4. Content you own or have rights to, that follows AdSense policies.

Can you keep other ad partners with Clickio?

Clickio's entry rules don't say it must be your only partner. Confirm what your agreement says before you add others.

Where else can a smaller or global site go?

Publift looks at ad revenue first and works best with most readers in the Americas, Europe, or Australia and New Zealand. Google AdSense has no traffic minimum. Networks like Raptive and Monumetric want a large share of readers in a few English-speaking countries.
