Apple Notes keyboard shortcuts

Notes on Mac provides shortcuts for the main window, note formatting, lists, shared-note navigation, and table editing. Table keys depend on whether the insertion point is inside a cell, so those commands remain in their own group.

Notes and windows

Lists and checklists

List commands change indentation, insert soft returns or literal tabs, toggle checklist state, and reorder the current item.
